Our Hunting Expo Website is always under construction. The Expo building located at the fairgrounds in Pleasant Hill, Illinois is approximately 48ft. x 96ft. The Shopping Court is attached to one end the Expo Center and is 48ft. x 60ft. Hunt Pike Illinois is located just east of the mighty Mississippi river at the Pike County Fairgrounds in Pleasant Hill, Illinois in the renouned whitetail capitol of the Midwest! Pike and Calhoun Counties in Illinois give hunters the best possible chance for not only a great hunting experience but one that is an experience of a lifetime! This expo gives exhibitors and vendors the ability to display and promote their products in an indoor setting for the hunters that come to Pike County, Illinois year after year. Trophy size hunts are common place in this area and our community pride ourselves on giving you the best hunt possible! | Booths #1 thru #12 and #14 thru #24 above along outside walls are approximately 8ft. wide x 8ft. deep. Booths #25 thru #64 are approximately 4ft. x 4ft. Booths #13 and #65 are approximately 12ft. wide x 6ft. deep. Booths can be combined to fit your individual needs. All booths have the ability for electricity. Electrical outlets are located every 8ft. along the outside walls. Extension cords can be run for Booths #25 thru #44. Let us know of your particular electrical needs. Once booth space is reserved it will be color shaded and not available for change or cancellation without permission. Exhibitors of all hunting catagories are invited to attend this first annual event. Outdoor exhibitor space is available for large displays. The Shopping Court will be in the connecting building and entrance from the Exhibitors Expo Building above is at the red shaded "Door" on the diagram above. All Food Vendors must obtain, follow, and abide by all County and State Food Safety and Sanitation Procedures and Regulations. Contact us soon to reserve your space! |
| Booth Reservations and WebSite Advertiser Rates are as follows: Website advertiser listing with business card size billboard good for entire year $25.00 8 x 8 Booth $25.00 for entire 5 day show 4 x 4 Display Booth $15.00 for entire 5 day show Display booths do not need to be manned for show entirety. Hunt Pike Illinois will do our best to always have personell on duty to provide security and help with questions or comments from any visitor or exhibitor whether they have personell on staff or not. Please leave all exhibitor booths, display booths and merchandise on display for show entirety. Hunt Pike Illinois will not be responsible for accidents, theft, or maintaining the booths and / or their appearance. If an exhibitor would like multiple booths or combination of booths we can accomodate your needs! Please feel free to e-mail us or call us regarding your questions or concerns. There is ample exhibitor outdoor display both covered and uncovered for exhibitors wishing to bring large outdoor display items....boats, vehicles, off-road vehicles, food vendors, camping equipment, etc. We reserve the right to refuse any potential exhibitor for any reason or remove any display as deemed inappropriate by Hunt Pike Illinois.
